By making a booking you agreeing to the following
- Payments need to be made at the time of booking to reserve place.
- CBT courses start at 08:45am, if you are late you will lose your place and no refund will be offered.
- A date will be agreed, it is your responsibility to advise of any changes to this date(s). Cancelations must be made a full 5 days before the course date or the full fee with be charged.
- An administration fee of £35 may be charged if you cancel your booking.
- If you fail to attend for any reason you will be charged in full.
- If you can't successfully complete the CBT in one day, we reserve the right to put you on a second course at the cost of £185.
- You must present your driving license before the course can be begin. Failure to present a valid licence will result in your course being cancelled. Refunds will not be given.
- We expect you to bring your own helmet. Helmets must be ECE 2205 or ECE 2206 compliant. The course can not be completed without one.
- We recommend a pair of sturdy boots, a pair of motorcycle gloves and a sturdy warm jacket and trousers, ideally designed for motorcycle use, as a minimum good quality jeans are acceptable. No training shoes or tracksuits please. We reserve the right to stop the training if you are not suitably dressed. No refund will be offered.
- Your trainer can stop your compulsory basic training (CBT) course if your basic knowledge of the Highway Code or road signage is not good enough for you to ride safely. No refund will be offered.
- You must tell us at the time of booking about any of the following: health conditions, disabilities, learning disabilities, medications all kinds or any other special requirements. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.
